This page is the template you requested for checking company data. Please let us reconcile these fields with real processes before live sales, invoicing, and B2B onboarding.

1. Master data for contract and invoice

Full company name
Legal form, e.g., Ltd, PLC, etc.
Business address including country
Authorised representative or responsible body
Contact email for contract and data protection inquiries
Billing email, if different
VAT ID or tax number, if available and required for invoices
Main domain and allowed widget domains
Technical contact for API key, integration, and security
Professional contact for ESG/property data

2. ESG-specific approvals

Which properties may be publicly certified
Whether exact addresses should be avoided and state/postcode prefix used instead
Who is allowed to create internal score snapshots and activate public certification pages
Whether note fields may contain personal data or should be internally prohibited

3. Recommended next audit

For the current status, we should check whether signup and checkout already capture these fields in full or whether individual details are only added subsequently in the dashboard, in the Stripe checkout, or manually by sales.
