Checklist for company data in Naturkompass Widget and Naturkompass ESG. · Status: April 2026

This page is the requested template for verifying company data. Please cross-check these fields with actual processes before live sales, invoicing, and B2B onboarding.

1. Master data for contract and invoice

Full company name
Legal form, e.g., LLC, Corp, Ltd, or sole proprietorship
Business address including country
Authorized representative or responsible entity
Contact email for contract and data protection inquiries
Billing email, if different
VAT ID or tax number, if available and required for invoices
Main domain and allowed widget domains
Technical contact for API key, integration, and security
Expert contact for ESG/property data

2. ESG-specific authorizations

Which properties may be publicly certified
Whether exact addresses should be avoided in favor of state/zip code prefix
Who is authorized to create internal score snapshots and activate public certification pages
Whether note fields may contain personal data or should be internally prohibited

3. Recommended next check

For the current status, we should check whether signup and checkout already capture these fields completely or if individual details are added later in the dashboard, Stripe checkout, or manually in sales.
