Euonymus japonicus is an introduced shrub that has become established in Great Britain. It is a woody, broad-leaved plant growing to approximately 5.11 metres tall. The flowers are borne in June and July. The leaf area averages 1226 mm², and the diaspore mass is around 32 mg. The species is terrestrial in habit.
