Solanum sisymbriifolium is a herbaceous, non-woody plant of the nightshade family (Solanaceae). It bears broad leaves and can reach about 1.75 metres in height. An introduced species, it has become established in Great Britain. It is recorded from Northern America, Southern America and Antarctica. Leaves average around 1700 mm² in area, and the diaspores weigh approximately 2.65 mg. Flowering occurs between August and October.
