Agrilus cyanescens is a beetle in the family Buprestidae, present in the British fauna. The body length averages 7.1 mm, though a published literature mean gives 5.75 mm. Body mass is approximately 8.8 mg. The body form is fairly stocky, with a roundness index of 0.92, and the head is slightly narrower than the pronotum.
