Stelis punctulatissima is a wild bee in the family Megachilidae. It is recorded in Great Britain. The species is univoltine, producing a single generation each year, and adults are active from May through July. It is polylectic, with females collecting pollen from a wide range of flowering plant families. Female intertegular distance averages 2.58 mm and tongue length is 4.64 mm.
