Over deze soort
De Grote keverorchis is een kruidachtige plant met brede bladeren en wordt ongeveer 35 centimeter hoog. Hij bloeit van mei tot juni. De soort groeit in halfschaduw op een matig vochtige, normale tot matig vruchtbare bodem.
