Lasioglossum puncticolle is a wild bee belonging to the family Halictidae. It is polylectic, collecting pollen from a variety of flowering plants. The female has an intertegular distance of 1.46 mm and a tongue length of 1.99 mm. The species is bivoltine, with adults active between May and August. In Germany, its conservation status is vulnerable (category 3). It is recorded in Great Britain.
