This beetle reaches a body length of about 8 mm and a mass of roughly 0.027 g. The elytra are 5.4 mm long and 1.4 mm wide. The wings span approximately 8 mm with an area of 19.6 mm², giving a wing loading of 1.36. Eyes are 0.59 mm in length, and the antennae extend to 5.7 mm. The body is moderately light in colour and bears fine hairs across the dorsal and ventral surfaces. No sexual dimorphism is present. Adults have been recorded during June.
